3

The Magic Kingdom's famous underground tunnels (called "utilidors") allow cast members and supplies to move invisibly beneath the park.

4

Disney World has its own fire department, water treatment plant, and electrical grid — it operates as a self-sufficient city.

5

The park uses over 3 million gallons of water and 270,000 light bulbs per day.

Visitor Tips

Use the My Disney Experience app and book Lightning Lane passes for the most popular rides before your visit. Arrive at park opening to ride your must-do attractions before lines build. Evening is excellent for parades and fireworks. Resort hotel guests get early entry benefits — worth considering for busy periods.

Safety Notes

Height restrictions apply on many attractions — check requirements in advance. Stay hydrated in the Florida heat; free water is available at any quick-service restaurant counter. Lightning cancels outdoor shows and parades — check the Disney app for updates. Bring sunscreen.
